Your Education is our World

Long winding lectures, tons of homework, tuitions, competition and stress – unfortunately, these phrases still define primary and secondary education in our country, the clamour for change in the system notwithstanding. And if attempts are made to usher in a new era, it leads to vociferous debates and controversies (eg: the brouhaha over Kapil Sibal’s proposal to scrap boards).

But amidst the confusion, there are a few attempts being made to make learning a less cumbersome process for children. And driving these initiatives are educated, upwardly mobile individuals who believe in the cause of non-stressful education.
