Convinced that the blackboard-and-chalk model for education has far outlived its utility, and that quality education on a large footing is nearly non-existent, Chennai-based Everonn Education is planning to launch the concept of branded educational institutions across the country.

The company has identified 100 educational hubs in the country where it plans to launch 200 schools, 25 business schools and 10 engineering colleges, with Everonn bringing in teachers, content, management, technology and branding, and inviting investors to bring in the land and cash required for the projects.
